For 2017, we worked closer than ever with the Adapt team to create the best Stealth we ever made.
We improved almost every aspect of the Stealth skate. By creating a complete new shell from scratch and using military grade Diolene fiber (7x stronger then Kevlar) we upped the "carbon" game. We also re-designed the entire production process of the Adapt shells. Now the shell is a complete 1 piece shell. By using our own mixture of resin we were still able to keep the shell fully thermoplastic.
This is the first Pro skate for Russell Day and we could not be more proud with all the work we put in together. Russell Day, Dan Collins and Levi van Rijn started testing the new prototype shells during 2016 right after the release of the Julian Bah Stealth.
Our goals? To make the boot lighter, stronger but with more natural flex, better fit and durability. We are pleased to announce, this is our best work yet. The boot features the slim unmatched Stealth design, but like all Adapt skates its strenght is in the details. A full diolene/carbon shell, Dutch hydro nubuck with grey leather details, expensive and perfected cnc machined parts by Symetrics.
For 2017 we upgraded our soulplates and frames with a better sliding pure plastic. So even our colored plastic parts are 100% pure and not mixed. To top it off, we invested in our own exclusive 60mm mold design for the wheels. The black superfast 90a wheels are one of the most high end wheels on the current market. Our stock skate is unmatched in its details and performance. Every detail has been perfected and improved. The cuff area has been re-designed to Russell Day his liking and a complete new CNC machined strap protector has been designed for his Pro skate.
