Our friend Robert Guerrero was shot a few days ago and is currently in critical condition. His GoFundMe Page features a picture of Rob doing a grind on a rail in a meditation pose. The grind has been called either a Cabdriver or a Cowboy, but from now on I'm going to call it the Rob G grind. Today I learned how to do them.
